By connecting your wallet and joining Onvana, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all members, visitors, and users of onvana.xyz.
Onvana is a membership-based digital community. Members pay 10 USDC per month to access a library of digital resources including business guides, AI tools, Web3 briefs, automation templates, and a weekly newsletter. Membership also includes a referral link that allows members to earn community rewards when their referrals remain active.
Membership costs 10 USDC per month, payable on Base blockchain. Membership is active for 30 days from the date of payment. Members must renew monthly to maintain active status. Failure to renew results in loss of tree position — inactive members are removed from the referral chain and those above them stop earning from that position. Members who rejoin after expiry re-enter as new members. There are no refunds once payment has been processed on-chain.
Every active member receives a unique referral link. When someone joins using your referral link and remains active, you earn community rewards automatically distributed by the smart contract. Rewards are distributed across 5 levels. Rewards accumulate in the smart contract and must be claimed manually by the member. A 24-hour timelock applies to all withdrawal requests for security purposes.
All payments are made in USDC on the Base blockchain. By making a payment you acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible. Onvana has no ability to reverse, refund, or modify any on-chain transaction. You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient USDC and ETH (for gas) in your wallet before transacting. Onvana is not responsible for failed transactions due to insufficient funds, network congestion, or wallet errors.
Resources provided through membership are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access to Onvana's content library outside the platform. Resources are updated regularly but Onvana does not guarantee any specific content will remain available indefinitely. Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to manipulate the referral system; create multiple accounts to exploit the reward structure; reverse-engineer or copy the platform's smart contracts or codebase; use automated tools to interact with the platform in ways not intended; impersonate Onvana or its team members.
Onvana is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Smart contracts, while audited and tested, may contain bugs or vulnerabilities beyond our control. Use the platform at your own risk.
Onvana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of funds due to smart contract exploits, network failures, or wallet errors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent membership cycle.
Onvana reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify members of significant changes via the platform dashboard.
These terms are governed by applicable international laws and regulations pertaining to digital assets and online services. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
